Location

Waterfront Resort is in the College Point neighborhood of Queens County. College Point is a peninsula that borders Flushing, the East River, and Willets Point. It is a diverse community that is predominately residential with a strong presence of industrial areas. The MTA Q65 Bus is accessible from the project’s bordering 110th street sidewalk.  The project is approximately two miles northwest from Downtown Flushing. Highly trafficked areas are accessible, such as 14th, 20th Ave, and College Point Blvd. The East-West bound 14th avenue leads to the Cross Island and Whitestone Expressway. College Point Blvd, running north-south, leads to major outlets such as Northern Blvd, Van Wyck Expressway, the Long Island Expressway, Roosevelt Ave. Flushing Meadows Corona Park, and the Queens Botanical Garden.
